yay9 Terms & Conditions — Your Rights and Responsibilities

1. Introduction

These Terms & Conditions (the "Agreement") constitute a legally binding agreement between you (the "Player", "User", or "you") and yay9 (the "Company", "we", "us", or "our"), the operator of the online betting and casino platform accessible at yay9.io (the "Platform").

By accessing the Platform, registering an account, making a deposit, placing a bet, participating in any promotion, or using any feature of the yay9 service, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be fully bound by this Agreement and any additional rules, policies, or guidelines incorporated herein by reference, including the Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy.

This Agreement was last updated in January 2026 and supersedes all prior versions. yay9 reserves the right to amend these terms at any time. Notification of material changes will be communicated via email or a prominent notice on the Platform.

2. Definitions

For the purposes of this Agreement, the following definitions apply:

• "Account" means the registered user account created by the Player on the yay9 Platform.
• "Balance" means the total funds held in a Player's Account wallet, including both real-money funds and any applicable bonus funds.
• "Bonus Funds" means any promotional credits, free bets, or free spins awarded by yay9 to a Player under a specific promotion, subject to wagering requirements.
• "Real Money Funds" means deposits made by the Player using a supported payment method, net of any withdrawals made.
• "Wagering Requirement" means the number of times a bonus amount must be wagered before it becomes eligible for withdrawal.
• "KYC" means Know Your Customer — the identity and age verification process required by yay9 before processing withdrawals or as otherwise triggered.
• "BDT" means Bangladesh Taka, the official currency of Bangladesh, represented by the symbol ৳.
• "Prohibited Jurisdiction" means any country or territory in which accessing or using the Platform is restricted or prohibited by local law.

3. Eligibility

To register and maintain an account on yay9, you must meet all of the following eligibility criteria at all times:

• You must be at least 21 years of age. yay9 strictly prohibits the use of its Platform by individuals under 21.
• You must be a natural person acting on your own behalf. Corporate accounts and accounts operated by third parties are not permitted.
• You must not be registered as a self-excluded player on the yay9 Platform or any other platform with which yay9 has a cross-exclusion arrangement.
• You must not be an employee, contractor, or immediate family member of a yay9 employee or of any game provider or software supplier to yay9.
• You must have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under the laws of your jurisdiction.

4. Account Registration

Each Player may hold only one (1) Account on the yay9 Platform. The creation of duplicate, multiple, or shared accounts is strictly prohibited and will result in the closure of all associated accounts and forfeiture of any balances held within them.

When registering, you agree to provide accurate, complete, and current information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and must not share your username or password with any third party. yay9 will not be held liable for any loss arising from unauthorised access to your Account resulting from your failure to secure your credentials.

yay9 reserves the right to decline any registration application without being required to provide a reason for such refusal.

5. Identity Verification (KYC)

In accordance with our commitment to security and responsible gaming, yay9 may at any time request that you provide documentary evidence to verify your identity, age, address, and payment methods. This process is commonly referred to as Know Your Customer (KYC) verification.

Documents that may be requested include, but are not limited to:

• A valid government-issued photo identification (National ID card, passport, or driving licence).
• Proof of address dated within the last three months (utility bill, bank statement, or official government correspondence).
• Proof of payment method ownership (screenshot of bKash, Nagad, or Rocket account matching the registered mobile number).

yay9 reserves the right to suspend withdrawals or restrict account functionality until KYC verification is satisfactorily completed. Failure to complete KYC within a reasonable period may result in account closure.

6. Deposits

All deposits must be made using payment methods that are registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are not permitted. yay9 accepts the following payment methods for players in Bangladesh: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank, City Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank, Sonali Bank, Visa, and Mastercard.

• Minimum deposit: ৳200 per transaction.
• Maximum deposit: Subject to the limits displayed within your Account dashboard, which may vary by payment method and account verification status.
• Deposits are credited to your Account balance in Bangladesh Taka (BDT).
• yay9 does not charge fees on standard deposits; however, your payment provider may apply their own transaction charges.
• yay9 is not responsible for delays caused by payment processors, mobile network operators, or bank systems.

7. Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests may only be made to a payment method registered in your own name that was previously used to make a deposit. Withdrawals to third-party accounts are strictly prohibited.

• Minimum withdrawal: ৳500 per transaction.
• Processing time: yay9 aims to process withdrawal requests within 24–72 hours, subject to KYC verification status and the payment method selected.
• Real money funds that have not been subject to any wagering requirement may be withdrawn at any time, subject to verification.
• Bonus funds must meet all applicable wagering requirements before they are eligible for withdrawal.
• yay9 reserves the right to perform additional verification checks before approving any withdrawal request.

8. Bonuses & Promotions

yay9 offers various promotional bonuses including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, free bets, and tournament prizes. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms and conditions published alongside each individual promotion, which form part of this Agreement.

General bonus rules applicable to all promotions on yay9:

• Each Player is entitled to claim a welcome bonus only once. Attempts to claim a welcome bonus multiple times using different accounts will be treated as bonus abuse.
• Wagering requirements must be met in full before bonus-derived winnings can be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiplier is stated on each promotion page.
• Wagering contributions vary by game type: slots typically contribute 100%, while live casino and table games may contribute at a reduced rate or not at all. Refer to individual promotion terms for specifics.
• Bonuses have an expiry period from the date of issuance. Unused bonus funds and associated wagering progress will expire at the end of this period.
• yay9 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice.
• In the event of a conflict between a promotion's specific terms and this Agreement, the specific promotion terms shall prevail.

9. Betting Rules

The following general rules apply to all sports betting activity on the yay9 Platform, including cricket (BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, international fixtures), football, kabaddi, and all other markets offered:

• All bets are accepted at the odds displayed at the time the bet is confirmed. yay9 reserves the right to refuse or limit any bet at its sole discretion.
• Bets placed on an event after that event has commenced (in-play bets) are subject to real-time odds that may differ from pre-match prices.
• In the event of an obvious pricing error, yay9 reserves the right to void any bet placed at an erroneous price, regardless of whether the bet has already been settled.
• Where a match or event is abandoned, postponed, or cancelled, bets will be settled in accordance with yay9's specific sport-by-sport rules, which are published on the Platform.
• The minimum single bet stake is ৳50. Maximum stake limits vary by market and event and are displayed at the time of bet placement.
• Winnings from settled bets are credited to your Account balance in BDT promptly following official result confirmation.

10. Casino Games

All casino games available on yay9 — including slots, live dealer tables, crash games, and instant win products — are supplied by third-party certified game providers. The outcome of all games is determined by independently audited Random Number Generator (RNG) technology or by live physical randomisation (in the case of live dealer games).

• yay9 does not control game outcomes. Any malfunction of a casino game voids all associated bets and pays.
• Return-to-Player (RTP) percentages for individual games are published by their respective providers and are available in the game information panel within the lobby.
• Progressive jackpot amounts displayed are indicative and may vary in real time. A jackpot is only awarded upon triggering the relevant in-game feature.
• Demo or "free play" mode is available for selected games. Wins in demo mode carry no monetary value and cannot be withdrawn.
• Attempting to exploit software errors, game glitches, or technical malfunctions for financial gain is a breach of these Terms and will result in account suspension and forfeiture of related winnings.

11. Responsible Gaming

yay9 is committed to promoting safe and responsible gambling practices. We provide the following player-protection tools, which can be activated via your Account settings or by contacting support:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly limits on the amount you can deposit.
• Loss Limits: Set limits on the maximum amount you are willing to lose within a defined period.
• Session Time Limits: Receive automated alerts after a defined session duration.
• Cool-Off Period: Temporarily restrict your account for a chosen period (24 hours to 6 weeks) without permanently closing it.
• Self-Exclusion: Permanently or semi-permanently exclude yourself from the yay9 Platform. Self-exclusion requests take effect within 24 hours and cannot be reversed during the exclusion period.

yay9 strictly enforces the 21+ age restriction across all products and services. Playing on yay9 should always remain a form of entertainment. Never gamble with money you cannot afford to lose.

12. Prohibited Conduct

The following actions are strictly prohibited on the yay9 Platform. Any breach may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of all balances, and referral to relevant law enforcement authorities:

• Opening more than one account per person, or opening an account on behalf of another person.
• Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading registration information or KYC documentation.
• Using the Platform for any money laundering, terrorist financing, or other illicit financial activity.
• Colluding with other players to manipulate game outcomes or betting markets.
• Using automated software, bots, algorithms, or artificial intelligence tools to place bets or play casino games.
• Exploiting software bugs, errors, or technical malfunctions for financial gain.
• Reverse-engineering, decompiling, or attempting to access the source code of any part of the Platform.
• Engaging in any conduct that disrupts, interferes with, or places undue load on the Platform's infrastructure.
• Accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where doing so is prohibited by local law.

13. Intellectual Property

All content on the yay9 Platform — including but not limited to the brand name, logo, trademarks, trade dress, website design, software, game assets, written content, graphics, and data compilations — is the exclusive property of yay9 or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for personal entertainment purposes in accordance with this Agreement. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or commercially exploit any content from the Platform without the prior written consent of yay9.

14. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, yay9 and its officers, directors, employees, agents, licensors, and service providers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, goodwill, or other intangible losses, arising out of or in connection with your use of or inability to use the Platform.

yay9's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising under or in connection with this Agreement shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you to your Account in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

yay9 does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components. The Platform and all content are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied.

15. Privacy & Data

yay9 collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into this Agreement by reference. By using the Platform, you consent to the collection and use of your personal information as described in the Privacy Policy.

All data transmitted between your device and the yay9 Platform is encrypted using 256-bit SSL/TLS technology. We do not sell your personal data to third parties. Data is shared only with trusted service providers strictly necessary for the operation of the Platform, such as payment processors and KYC verification services.

16. Amendments

yay9 reserves the right to amend, modify, or replace any part of these Terms & Conditions at any time. Where changes are material, we will provide reasonable notice via email to your registered address or via a prominent notice on the Platform prior to the changes taking effect.

Your continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms & Conditions. If you do not accept the amended terms, you must cease using the Platform immediately and may request withdrawal of your available real-money balance.

17. Governing Law & Disputes

This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws. In the event of any dispute arising from or in connection with this Agreement or your use of the Platform, you agree to first attempt to resolve the matter amicably by contacting yay9 customer support.

If a dispute cannot be resolved through direct negotiation within 30 days, both parties agree to refer the dispute to binding arbitration conducted in the English language. The arbitral award shall be final and binding on both parties.

Nothing in this clause shall prevent yay9 from seeking urgent injunctive or other equitable relief in any court of competent jurisdiction to protect its intellectual property rights or to prevent irreparable harm.
